Circular 26/915 applies with immediate effect and amends seven existing texts (CSSF 20/750, 22/806, 25/881, 25/882, 25/883, 25/892 and 25/893). Financial entities that keep operating under the old consolidated version, or that have not re-mapped the amended obligations, become non-compliant instantly with no transitional grace period. The CSSF penalises less the ignorance of substance than the absence of a documented trail proving the internal update.
