Annual or semi-annual review cycles, 360 templates, OKR/SMART goals, development plans. AI summarises feedback for the manager.

Training and certifications

Internal catalogue + external LMS integration. Tracking of regulatory training obligations (occupational health, AML, cyber). Auto-alerts before certification expiry.

Connected payroll

Integrates with your existing payroll provider (CCSS LU, ONSS BE, URSSAF FR). Export of payroll variables (hours, bonuses, leave) in the expected format. Digital payslip encrypted in employee's secure vault.

Employee AI assistant

How much does LuxApps HRIS cost per month?
Per-employee per-month pricing, depending on activated modules. Quote within 24h based on your headcount and needs. No hidden setup costs, no minimum commitment beyond 12 months.
Is my HR data really in Europe?
Yes. Luxembourg hosting only, on LU-CIX infrastructure. No data leaves EU territory. US CLOUD Act does not apply. We publish quarterly transparency reports on authority requests received (zero so far).
What happens if I stop using LuxApps?
Full export of your data in open formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) included in all contracts. 90-day transition period with read-only access. After that, certified deletion of all data within 30 days.
Can the AI make HR decisions on my behalf?
No. AI assists: it drafts contracts, answers employee questions based on your policies, classifies expenses. Any decision with significant impact on an employee (hiring, review, dismissal, salary) remains made by an identified human. AI Act compliant Articles 14 (human oversight) and 26 (deployer obligations).
How long to deploy LuxApps?
