DORA Foundation

Who is it for?

This training is for professionals concerned by DORA: security managers, DPOs, internal auditors, consultants, compliance project leads, IT and legal teams. No strict technical prerequisite, but prior experience in security or compliance management is a plus.

What you will be able to do

After completing the training and passing the exam, you obtain the certification PECB DORA Foundation. You will be able to:

• Understand the key requirements of the framework and their practical application in an organisation.
• Drive or support the compliance roll-out, step by step.
• Identify gaps against best practices and build a prioritised action plan.
• Prepare and pass an internal or external audit with confidence.
• Communicate internally with leadership and externally with auditors and regulators.

Luxgap teaching approach

Our trainings are delivered by our operational experts: the same profiles who work as DPOs or CISOs at our clients. Every theoretical concept is immediately illustrated by a real case from our practice in Luxembourg. 50% theory, 50% practice, with workshops, interactive quizzes and a mock exam at the end of the session.

Format

• Open session — sessions scheduled in Luxembourg, dates available on request, French or English.
• In-house — session dedicated to your team on-site or in virtual classroom, agenda and examples tailored to your sector.
• Exam — proctored online or on-site, French or English, certificate issued within a few weeks after passing.

Recognition

This certification is recognised in 150+ countries, accredited under international standards (ISO/IEC 17024). It opens CPD/CPE credits valid for major market certifications (CISSP, CISA, CRISC). Annual maintenance via continuing education.
