This combination of legal skills and computer security expertise is well illustrated in the career of Julien Winkin, Partner and founder of Luxgap. Before creating his company specialized in the protection of personal data, he had a long career as an IT security manager or consultant in this field for large groups, in France as in Luxembourg.
Through the various missions entrusted to him, he has been able to develop real technical and legal expertise in the protection of computer systems and personal data.
